Associate Professor of Humanistic Informatics at the University of Bergen, Jill Walker (..) visited with the class twice, once virtually via iChat, and once in person. Jill blogged notes from her talk on weblogs. Dr. Walker has also written this very useful definition of weblogs and, along with Torill Mortensen, wrote one of the first academic papers on blogging, Blogging Thoughts.
