2. We do not summarize books. We do not carry out projects for pupils. Nor do we answer questions from crosswords or competitions.

4. To answer your questions, our experienced librarians will draw on a broad range of printed and electronic tools.
5. Before you send us a question we recommend that you try a search in our Question & Answer base to see if you find the answer there.
